Senior🎓
Top SchoolRuslan Samoylov is a results-driven CTO and system design architect with 9 years of experience building scalable backend systems and turning product ideas into market-ready services. He has led technical transformations across startups and enterprise teams—transitioning clusters from outsourcing to in-house development, launching a consumer product to 10k MAU within three months, and integrating AI-driven workflows for tasking, smart documentation, and chatbots. Comfortably hands-on, he’s implemented CI/CD at scale, ETL pipelines with Mage, and vehicle compute platforms while collaborating with Intel, AMD, and Nvidia for hardware validation. Known for squeezing costs while improving performance (examples include 17% budget savings in vehicle platforms and 17% AWS cost reduction), he bridges research, infrastructure, and product analytics. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, he pairs a Master’s in Information Security from Bauman MSTU with deep backend and systems expertise, and maintains a practical focus on reliable, production-ready architecture. An understudied strength is his habit of institutionalizing repeatable templates and shared components so teams keep improving stability as they scale.
