Top SchoolRuslan Timofieiev is a DevOps Team Lead with 9 years of hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms, currently leading infrastructure for a multi-tenant AWS environment at Alpacked. He architects and automates complex deployments using AWS CDK and GitLab CI, driving dramatic improvements like cutting build times from two hours to ten minutes and halving service costs through automated reservation recommendations. Comfortable across GCP and AWS, he has built ArgoCD-based release orchestration for cross-service dependency resolution and championed a "build once, deploy everywhere" philosophy that simplified pipelines and sped releases 2–3x. Based in Kyiv, he maintains a home lab where he experiments with automation and contributes small but focused fixes to Go projects, blending production-grade leadership with a tinkerer’s curiosity.
