Senior🎓
Top SchoolRussell Waterhouse is a full-stack developer with eight years of experience building practical software solutions for small, agile teams and startups. Currently at Qualisure Diagnostics, he brings a track record of shipping on time and on budget, informed by prior roles at Leanpub, AbeBooks (Amazon), and early-stage diagnostics and mobile projects. A University of Victoria software engineering graduate with a strong GPA, he pairs hands-on coding with growth-minded product work—evident from a transition through growth-hacker and engineering intern roles. Comfortable across native Android, web, and marketing-facing tooling, he thrives in cross-functional environments where technical delivery and customer-facing impact meet. Less obvious: his background in student leadership suggests strong stakeholder and communications skills that help him bridge engineering and business needs.
