Top SchoolRuud Hendrikx is a Senior AI Engineer with eight years of hands-on experience turning research-grade ideas into production AI/ML systems across industry and top-tier research institutes. Trained as a physicist, he applies first-principles thinking to architect scalable, pragmatic solutions—from multimodal CX analytics and hybrid RAG systems to real-time digital twins and demand-forecasting models. He has led and built autonomous teams, productized multi-tenant LLM stacks for airport-wide adoption, and shipped end-to-end pipelines that balance technical rigor with business impact. Comfortable across cloud platforms and orchestration tools, he blends deep technical ownership with a knack for operationalizing complex models at scale. An entrepreneurial tinkerer at heart, he brings a background spanning quantum optics experiments to projection-mapping stage visuals, which informs his creative approach to engineering problems.
