Senior🎓
Top SchoolRyan Bucinell is a lead software engineer with 11 years of experience building full-stack, back-end, and automation solutions across .NET, Node.js, Python, Java, and Ruby stacks. He currently architects distributed ASP.NET services and deployment pipelines for global distribution systems while previously scaling microservices at DraftKings and building tooling for telecom and UC teams at Paychex. Comfortable across cloud, Kubernetes, and on-prem environments, he combines hands-on coding with creating internal testing suites and developer tooling that standardize deployments. A pragmatic problem-solver, he has a history of modernizing legacy systems—rewriting services, automating workflows, and integrating third-party platforms like ConnectShip and ServiceNow. Based in Rochester, NY, he stays sharp through freelance projects and coding challenges such as Project Euler and Advent of Code, reflecting a steady curiosity beyond day-to-day work.
