Senior🎓
Top SchoolRyan Ding is a Lead Distributed System Software Engineer with over 20 years building large-scale, cross-platform enterprise systems and a decade of people leadership and hiring experience. He has deep hands-on expertise in Big Data, distributed architectures, and performance-sensitive server components, having driven data engines and Hadoop integrations at MicroStrategy, Capital One, Appian, and now Salesforce. Ryan blends low-level systems mastery (multi-threaded C++/Java, memory managers) with modern full-stack and cloud-friendly solutions (Spring Boot, AngularJS, Hadoop/YARN), and has repeatedly led geographically distributed teams to delivery. Notably, he has a long track record of translating complex data protection and ETL requirements into automated, production-grade tooling and visualizations. A Tsinghua- and University of Miami-trained engineer, he pairs rigorous academic foundations with a pragmatic, creative approach to problem solving and talent development.
