Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRyan Link is an operations-driven founder and former customer success leader who builds systems that scale people-first experiences, whether for SaaS, GovTech, or a community arts hub. With 15+ years creating support and escalation functions for APIs and developer platforms (developer.va.gov, EverQuote, FOSSA), he pairs technical fluency in APIs, Python, cloud and Kubernetes with hands-on operational skills like lease negotiation, financial modeling, and vendor management. Currently co-founding EAST Collective in East Nashville, he’s translating enterprise-grade operational rigor into a 275-seat performing arts education venue and shared creative space launching in 2026. AEA and SAG-AFTRA credits (Broadway and national tours) and ongoing Meisner teaching inform his distinctive focus on how spaces feel as much as how they function. He enjoys high-context, relationship-heavy work and is open to selective fractional ops roles, community partnerships, or collaborative space users in East Nashville. An early-career math/CS graduate, Ryan brings both analytical discipline and creative practice to messy, human-centered problems.
