Top SchoolRyan Menner is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience focused on front-end and design systems, currently building framework-agnostic, accessible web components for data-dense UIs at Alaska Airlines after leading similar work at E*TRADE by Morgan Stanley. He combines strong UI/UX sensibilities with practical DevOps skills—having cut documentation build times by moving from Webpack to Vite and implemented CI/CD automation and custom deployment scripts. Comfortable across HTML/CSS, modern JS frameworks, Stencil/Lit web components, and PHP-based stacks, he pairs design-driven development with a pragmatic aversion to over-engineering. A mentorship-minded collaborator who also ships charity sites and internal tooling (like a CodePen-style component editor), he balances shipping reliable products with thoughtful team development and conflict-aware communication.
