Senior🎓
Top SchoolRyan Olson is a pragmatic senior software engineer with 12 years of experience building and maintaining web and enterprise systems, currently driving engineering work at Facility Solutions Group from Beaumont, Texas. He combines hands-on coding and system fixes with a maker’s mentality—running a small beard-care company he founded—so he understands both product delivery and the operational realities of shipping physical goods. Ryan’s background spans startups and large firms (AmeriCommerce, Capital One) and includes full-stack web development, DevOps-adjacent problem solving, and small-team leadership. Known for being a versatile generalist, he excels at diagnosing messy production issues and shipping practical solutions rather than overengineering.
