Senior🎓
Top SchoolRyan Panchadsaram is a technology policy and venture advisor who blends startup product instincts with government-scale impact, currently advising the chairman at Kleiner Perkins and serving on the National Science Board. With 13 years of experience spanning co-founding a health-tech startup acquired by an MIT Media Lab spinoff, leadership roles at Microsoft and Salesforce, and serving as U.S. Deputy CTO, he has helped launch the U.S. Digital Service, re-launched Data.gov, and guided crisis responses like HealthCare.gov and the Ebola data coordination effort. He invests in and advises bold founders across health, AI, and climate sectors (Grammarly, ASAPP, Tempus, SpinLaunch, Amyris) and participates as a board observer to bring product, data, and design rigor to scaling teams. Equally comfortable shipping front-end features—such as responsive themes and D3 visualizations for Data.gov—he combines hands-on engineering chops with strategic investor and policy experience. Based in San Francisco and trained in industrial engineering at UC Berkeley, he thrives at the intersection of technology, public service, and mission-driven startups.
