Top SchoolRyan Rodemoyer is a software engineering manager with 11 years of hands-on experience building and leading teams that deliver mission-critical mortgage and financial systems. He has progressed from developer and technical lead roles into management at companies like Mortgage Cadence and Mayvue Solutions, with deep expertise in C#, .NET, Empower for .NET, and large enterprise integrations. Known for bridging technical and business needs, he has repeatedly owned core product areas, led custom implementations for billion-dollar lenders, and mentored new developers in Agile/TDD environments.
