Summary
👤
SeniorRyusuke Hayashi is a frontend-focused full-stack developer with 11 years of software experience who builds user-centric, high-performance web apps and automation-driven systems. He’s shipped production platforms across e-commerce and trading domains—leading development of Tradelens.ai’s analytics-first trading platform and driving a 20% AOV uplift via an AI recommendation system for an online retailer. Comfortable across React, Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Flask) and database optimization, he combines UI polish with backend efficiency to cut load times and API latency. Ryusuke favors pragmatic AI and automation solutions—chatbots, recommendation engines, and workflow automations—that deliver measurable business impact while reducing manual work. A hands-on owner and clear communicator based in Springfield, Oregon, he often pairs technical delivery with user-facing strategy calls to ensure features are adopted and actionable.
