Top SchoolS Duke is a senior staff technical writer with 11 years in software documentation, currently shaping developer docs at Salesforce following the MuleSoft acquisition. He specializes in API, developer, and operations documentation that helps teams integrate and scale application networks, translating complex integration workflows into clear, actionable guides. His background spans security and code-analysis domains at Coverity/Synopsys, consumer and game platforms at Nokia and Sega, and early startup tooling—giving him a rare cross-domain fluency in both developer and product audiences.
