Senior🎓
Top SchoolSai Shankar is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with over 15 years of experience driving data, product, and platform initiatives at Microsoft, from Azure Machine Learning and Office 365 to mission-critical internal Big Data orchestration. He combines technical depth and strategic vision—authoring SDKs and UX for data ingestion, defining roadmaps for platform migration, and building telemetry and visualization tools that cut incident mitigation from hours to minutes. Sai has repeatedly translated technical improvements into measurable business impact (multi-million to multi-billion dollar influences), led cultural shifts toward data-driven decision making, and stood up teams where needed across globally distributed organizations. Trained in engineering and MBA-level finance/systems, he blends product, engineering and financial stewardship to prioritize high-leverage work and create clear migration and adoption paths for customers and internal users. An operator who still ships tools himself, he balances hands-on delivery with long-term platform strategy and user education.
