Top SchoolSaing Sab is a Cambodian blockchain leader and senior R&D engineer with eight years of hands-on experience building production-grade fintech and crypto systems, currently heading Blockchain at IG Tech Group. He’s led end-to-end blockchain projects—from designing smart contract frameworks, NFT marketplaces and cross-chain bridges to implementing Blockchain-as-a-Service and infrastructure-as-code for high-availability deployments. Previously co-founder and CTO at Selendra and CEO at Bitriel, he has deep experience translating banking and microfinance requirements into secure, auditable systems and migrating legacy stacks to modern, virtualized architectures. An active community builder, he founded KHNear and Web3 Togher to onboard developers and promote safe dApp tooling across Cambodia and Southeast Asia. Outside work he blends hands-on engineering with adventurous hobbies—craft beer, fishing and dirt biking—which he says fuel his creativity when solving real-world technology challenges.
