Senior🎓
Top SchoolSaksham Sandhu is a founder and product-focused engineer with a decade of experience building hiring and developer education platforms from Delhi. As Co-Founder of GoodSpace he’s focused on reducing time-to-hire to under 24 hours, while earlier ventures like PlacementSaga and the International Organisation of Software Developers scaled coding interview preparation and India’s largest student open-source community. He blends hands-on product development with community-building, turning early-stage ideas into operational platforms that serve recruiters and aspiring software developers. His background in Computer Science from Delhi Technological University underpins a pragmatic approach to full-stack problems and developer workflows. Less obvious: he consistently operates at the intersection of talent development and hiring infrastructure, using insights from running educational communities to shape product features that speed candidate sourcing and assessment.
