Top SchoolSalvador Hernandez is a software engineer with 10 years of experience building front-end and AI-driven product experiences using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Currently on Mural’s AI team, he ships user-facing features—clustering, sentiment classification, summarization, and conversational interfaces—while balancing UX, product goals, and engineering constraints. He has led major UI refreshes, feature experiments with flags, and developer tooling to improve visibility and debugging of AI systems. Previously he built and led React applications, CI/CD, and secure deployments in insurance tech, and mentors college students contributing to open source. Outside work he runs a homelab with Proxmox VMs, Docker, and self-hosted models, reflecting a hands-on, experimental approach to learning and systems design.
