Top SchoolSam Jordan is a seasoned technology leader with 15 years building and scaling product and engineering organisations, most notably as CTO of the Netsells Group and YourParkingSpace. He has grown the UK's largest dedicated Laravel development team and expanded capabilities into mobile apps used by clients such as Hiscox, Uber and Jaguar Land Rover. Sam blends hands-on technical stewardship—overseeing product, engineering, data, IT and hardware operations—with investor and advisory roles across multiple startups. Now directing technology consultancy Outset Works, he focuses on turning complex operational challenges into scalable digital services. Based in York, he pairs a practical Web Design & Development degree with a track record of creating commercial developer teams and spin-out products across 30+ countries.
