Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolSam Morgan is a product-focused engineer and serial founder with over a decade building production systems, training platforms, and developer sandboxes that scale. Currently a Product Engineer at Granola and co-founder of simstack and TechMap, he blends hands-on engineering (Go, Java, TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby) with GTM and product ownership to ship distributed, cost-efficient systems and AI-enabled learning products. He led Makers’ transformation into the UK’s largest software apprenticeship provider, creating adaptive tooling that measurably improved employability and time-to-hire. Comfortable moving between exec strategy and low-level systems design, Sam has a rare background in education (Teach First) and philosophy (Durham) that informs his pragmatic, human-centered approach to complex technical problems.
