Top SchoolSam Sartor is a graphics researcher and software engineer with 11 years of experience solving challenging computer graphics problems, often collaborating with Pieter Peers. Based in Denver, he blends research-grade PyTorch work with home-grown systems programming in Rust, reflecting a dual affinity for prototyping and performant implementations. Outside of code he plays fiddle, skis, and writes eclectic projects—hints of which appear on samsartor.com—bringing creative curiosity to technical problems. He doesn’t update LinkedIn often, but his background suggests a practical researcher who moves fluidly between experiments and production-ready tooling.
