Top SchoolSam Sippe is a pragmatic development manager with over 20 years of software experience and a proven track record of building delivery-focused teams that turn technical capability into commercial outcomes. Based on the Gold Coast, he has led teams of up to 20 engineers to ship cloud-native web, mobile and API products on AWS using modern stacks (React/Typescript, .NET, Node, Docker) and DevOps practices. He has driven rapid feature delivery while managing risk, restructured organisations into product-focused squads, and overseen successful product and IP sales. Sam’s background spans investment banking, industrial automation and construction tech, where he delivered solutions ranging from trading systems to machine-learning site analysis that outperformed domain experts.
