Top SchoolSamir Rustamov is a Senior Software Engineer based in Baku with nine years of hands-on experience building web and backend systems across startups and agencies. He has progressed from freelance full-stack work to lead engineering roles, most recently at AfeaGroup after senior positions at Machinarium and Clopos, demonstrating both individual contributor depth and team leadership. His background includes Laravel- and PHP-centric projects as well as full-stack roles for organizations such as AZERTAC and airport IT, giving him practical experience in high-availability and enterprise-adjacent environments.
