Top SchoolSammy Lin is a Sr. Principal Architect with 14 years of experience building cloud-native, DevOps-driven platforms and leading large engineering organizations across Taiwan. He has driven enterprise cloud transformations and FinOps at CTBC Bank and now leads AI adoption, multi-cloud consolidation, and platform standardization at Delta Electronics. A hands-on engineer skilled in PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, SQL and automation (Python/Go, Ansible, Docker), Sammy has repeatedly cut costs and time-to-market—saving $1M/year at 17LIVE and reducing consultant dependency by 65% during a CCoE build. He pairs technical depth with cross-team leadership, running tech communities, TechDay programs, and outside-in strategy reviews to raise architectural quality. Notably, he has practical SRE roots—building on-call rotations, CI/CD pipelines, and large-scale logging—and has led ISO 27001/27017 certification and global IT builds. Based in New Taipei, he blends enterprise architecture vision with practitioner-level execution to turn AI and cloud strategy into operational reality.
