Senior🎓
Top SchoolSamuel Zhang is a Software Engineer III with a decade of experience building full-stack, data-informed products that drive growth and customer engagement. Based in Philadelphia and trained at UC Berkeley, he has delivered scalable systems across startups and large firms—from early-stage signal-driven revenue tooling at SetSail to generative-AI educational experiences and catalog-scale backend work at Amazon. At Samsara he focuses on growth engineering, partnering with GTM teams to design, build, and measure systems that improve lead conversion, activation, and retention using Python, Vue, and AWS. Comfortable across the stack, he blends product curiosity with rigorous experimentation and a bias for measurable impact. A practical planner who values adaptability, he also brings early-stage startup instincts and patent-pursuing innovation to production-grade engineering.
