Top SchoolSandeep Sadanandan is a hands-on founder and senior software professional with over a decade of engineering leadership, currently running Kotaicode GmbH from the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area. He designs and ships end-to-end systems—architecting APIs, building CI/CD pipelines on AWS, and writing production code in Python, TypeScript, Go and C++—with a focus on regulated, high-stakes domains like tax compliance and financial services. His recent work includes an AI-driven Chart of Accounts mapper using embeddings and LLM reranking, and an enterprise tax platform integrating ERiC/ELSTER, demonstrating practical GenAI applied to real-world accounting problems. With a PhD from TU Munich in computational number theory, he pairs deep algorithmic rigor with product instincts and a taste for elegant APIs. He’s grown teams from zero, served as interim CTO for a lending platform, and consistently converts “impossible” requirements into running, auditable systems. Open to roles that combine architecture, AI integration, and building engineering culture for complex systems.
