Software Developer at Scale AI
California, United States
Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolSandesh Ghanta is a software developer with nine years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems across storage, distributed computing, and AI infrastructure. He has shipped large-scale services at Amazon (including a patent-filed video encoding clustering solution) and contributed to protocol and SMB teams at Pure Storage before moving into AI infra at Scale AI. His background spans cloud-native ETL pipelines, real-time data tooling, and low-level systems work—evident from a RISC-V test-bench framework and WCET analysis tooling he built earlier in his career. Based in California, he combines practical engineering with research-minded problem solving from a Masters in Computer Science, often tackling cross-cutting issues like performance, reliability, and device integration. Colleagues describe him as a hands-on builder who enjoys scaling systems end-to-end and finding subtle bugs in complex hardware-software stacks.
