Top SchoolSanfer Noronha is a founding engineer and full-stack developer with eight years of experience building scalable AI-first products and cloud-native systems from prototype to production. Based in California, he currently architects resilient agentic workflows and RAG-based AI services at an early-stage stealth startup, supporting 500+ concurrent sessions with 99.9% uptime. His background includes fast-paced engineering roles at AWS and Quantiphi where he slashed forecasting turnaround times by ~95% and boosted operational efficiency by 90% through serverless pipelines and caching strategies. Sanfer pairs hands-on frontend and backend skills (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis) with cloud security and DevOps best practices, having implemented IAM, bastions, and ephemeral SSH to reduce access incidents. He also experiments with open-source STT/TTS and built a memory middleware side project that improved response relevance by 70%, showing a knack for practical research-to-product work. Certified on Google Cloud and AWS, he blends academic rigor from Santa Clara University with entrepreneurial delivery.
