Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolSankalp Sharma is a seasoned engineering leader with 10 years of experience building and scaling high-throughput web platforms from zero to production-grade at billion-API-call daily scale. He has progressed from system administrator roles to VP and CTO at Sportskeeda, where he led a small, high-impact team to achieve near-million concurrency through pragmatic architecture, SRE, and one-click automation. Now at SentLogix Labs, he continues to enable world-class engineering for web-scale products while doubling down on AI as a hands-on builder. Sankalp blends strategic oversight—killing low-leverage work and setting clear org-level direction—with deep technical involvement, often designing novel patterns that teams adopt. He pairs enterprise-grade reliability experience from TCS with startup resourcefulness from freelance consulting, making him comfortable across both structured and scrappy environments. Based in Bengaluru, he’s known for turning chaotic CTO challenges into repeatable engineering frameworks that scale.
