Summary
👤
SeniorSaransh Gupta is a Product Lead and Full Stack Engineer with 8 years of experience building growth-focused products that convert traffic into retained customers. He operates at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Engineering—shipping end-to-end systems from funnel strategy and instrumentation to UI and backend implementation (React/Redux, FastAPI, Postgres, AWS). His work blends rigorous user research and applied data science (MS in HCI and Applied Data Science) with hands-on engineering: notable wins include a 24% lift in product store conversions, a 38% reduction in onboarding friction, and gamification that drove 60% retention. He’s built design systems, analytics-driven dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows that trade tedious operational work for human-in-the-loop automation in regulated domains like mortgages. Based in Union City, CA, he prefers early to mid-stage startups where he can own growth experiments end-to-end and is as likely to obsess over brew methods as he is over tracking accuracy.
