Top SchoolSascha Roloff is a Senior Software Engineer and computer scientist with nine years of experience building high-quality, pragmatic software for distributed systems, automotive autonomy, and reproducible build tooling. He has led architecture and development efforts at Bosch for large multi-location autonomous driving projects used by hundreds of engineers, and is currently working on an open-source, multi-repo, remote-execution build system at Huawei. His background spans research-grade parallel simulators and timing analysis for many-core systems to hands-on improvements of CI pipelines and code-generation tools, combining deep academic rigor (PhD-level work and 16 peer-reviewed papers) with production delivery. Colleagues rely on him for clear designs, intuitive user flows, and engineering solutions that reduce complexity and errors at scale. An often-overlooked strength is his experience presenting live, real-time demos on embedded prototypes—bridging low-level systems, tooling, and stakeholder-facing communication.
