Top SchoolScott Colson is a Technical Architect Lead with over a decade of focused experience designing and building enterprise solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Power Platform. He combines deep functional CRM expertise—dating back to early Dynamics work in 2003 and early recognition as a Microsoft MVP—with practical cloud architecture and integration skills to deliver scalable, user-centric business applications. Scott prefers long-term engagements where he can augment teams with architecture guidance, but also fills short-term skill gaps for partners, reflecting a flexible, hands-on consulting style. His background includes founding and scaling a software firm, leading complex public-sector CRM transformations, and a disciplined engineering foundation honed during a prior career as a U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer. Based on Bainbridge Island, he balances technical rigor with creative pursuits like pinball restoration, an uncommon hobby that underscores his blend of precision and craftsmanship.
