Top SchoolScott Meng is a Vancouver-based entrepreneur and technologist with 12 years of experience building and scaling software businesses from idea to multi-million dollar exits. He founded his first development shop in 2013, launched Pinmo in 2016 and helped grow it to a $13M acquisition before focusing on Requiti Capital as Head of Operations and advisor. A hands-on full-stack developer comfortable with cloud, databases, UX and product management, Scott pairs technical delivery with investor sensibilities, having backed dozens of Canadian SMBs. He also consults on federal and provincial R&D tax incentives (SR&ED, IRAP) and career grants, a niche that helps tech founders align financing with product roadmaps. Notably, he blends startup grit with operational rigor—turning early revenue into repeatable scale while staying active in ops and technical execution.
