Top SchoolScott Millett is a pragmatic CIO with 14+ years of experience scaling technology organisations and a career that spans hands-on development to executive leadership. He helps fast-growing SMEs translate business ambitions into IT strategy, target architectures and operating models that preserve entrepreneurial culture while driving revenue, cost savings and risk reduction. A published author and co-author of books on architecture and leadership, he blends deep technical pedigree in .NET and enterprise architecture with practical delivery experience across e-commerce and logistics. Currently leading technology at Iglu.com after a long tenure progressing through technical and architectural roles at Wiggle, he is comfortable at board level yet stays close to engineering realities. Known for prioritising will and attitude as much as skill, he specialises in making IT a strategic enabler rather than a cost centre.
