Top SchoolSean Boyce is a fractional product consultant and founder with 15+ years of experience bridging hands-on engineering, product strategy, and executive leadership to help stalled teams turn ideas into shipped software. He combines a computer engineering background and an MBA with roles from software and automation engineering to CFO and CEO, giving him a rare fluency across technical, operational, and financial domains. At NxtStep he applies The DRIVE Process to diagnose delivery bottlenecks, realign priorities, and implement scalable product operations for B2B SaaS, fintech, and healthcare clients. Known for pragmatic, enterprise-tested frameworks rather than generic playbooks, he often steps into organizations where development momentum and execution on AI strategy are the biggest obstacles. A founder of StaffGeek and an occasional coder with a modest GitHub footprint, he blends product instincts with the discipline of engineering to produce measurable results.
