Summary
🤩
RockstarSean Kane is a seasoned engineering leader with 10+ years of experience building distributed teams and shipping customer-focused web products at Netflix, Upwork (oDesk), AltaVista and startups. As Head of Engineering and Support at NexHealth he’s combining product, engineering and support to reshape healthcare data flows while also advising companies on distributed workforce transitions through his consultancy. He’s known for driving organizational change—migrating architectures to AWS, introducing data-driven product practices, and improving talent density—while holding leaders to strong judgment and business alignment. His background spans UX-driven front-end innovation to large-scale engineering management, and he’s unafraid to challenge legacy structures to accelerate outcomes. Not obvious from titles: he’s delivered measurable business impact (e.g., conversion and cost improvements) by pairing user research with engineering rigor and operational discipline.
