Top SchoolSeb Dancer-michel is a web developer based in Amsterdam with 11 years of hands-on experience crafting intuitive websites, interactive installations, and polished interfaces for clients like Decathlon Digital, Salesforce partners, Oakley, Adidas and the V&A Dundee. He blends front-end craftsmanship (React, Next.js, Three.js, Svelte/Vue) with practical back-end and deployment skills (Node, Rails, Docker, headless CMS) to deliver human-centered digital experiences. Comfortable in agency and freelance settings, he has shipped creative projects and internal tools for Your Majesty, Studio Oslop and others, and recently contributed to AI Trust & Innovation efforts at Decathlon. Seb’s background in student-run CTO roles and leadership in junior-enterprises reveals a long-standing knack for building and maintaining systems used by thousands while communicating technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. He’s as at home prototyping playful web interactions as he is hardening production workflows, and brings a designer’s sensitivity to accessibility and UI detail that elevates technical solutions.
