Top SchoolSebastian Kriems is a Full Stack Developer with 10 years of experience building cloud-native, scalable web and mobile applications from prototype to production. As co-founder and technical lead at Sailrs he architected autoscaling Kubernetes clusters, event-driven systems with Kafka, and a multi-tenant SaaS with custom RBAC, pairing React frontends with Rust workers for performance-critical tasks. He brings hands-on experience across the stack—React, Remix, Next.js, Bun, Supabase, GraphQL, Rust, and self-hosted Ory—and a pragmatic lean-development mindset focused on reliability and efficiency. Prior roles at YouGov and OBI honed his skills in data pipelines, CI/CD, CMS integrations and accessibility for government platforms. Now at Lifestage Solutions AG, he continues to blend ops and engineering to deliver resilient systems while mentoring distributed teams. Outside work he sails on Lake Constance and hikes the Swiss Alps, reflecting a methodical, navigation-minded approach to solving technical challenges.
