Top SchoolSebastian Marines is a Program Manager and cloud infrastructure specialist with nine years of experience helping startups and enterprises in LATAM optimize, secure, and scale their cloud estates. He’s delivered measurable impact across roles at Meta, Rackspace, Amazon and growing fintechs—most notably uncovering $13M in underutilized infrastructure at Meta and driving persistent cost and uptime improvements at Atrato. Comfortable translating CTO-level strategy into hands-on IaC and serverless implementations, he has led Well-Architected reviews, reduced deployment cycles to hours, and migrated high-traffic systems to cost-efficient architectures. Now leading programs at AMIGO A.C., he blends technical mentorship with community-building to grow the next generation of cloud and open-source talent in Mexico. Colloquial enough to work directly with product teams yet rigorous in governance, he’s as focused on measurable operational savings as on building durable engineering practices.
