Senior🎓
Top SchoolSebastian Paz is a senior mobile engineer based in Montevideo with 8 years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing and complex mobile apps using React Native, React, Flutter and Node.js. He has founded and led mobile efforts at startups—including building TrashLab’s app from scratch and scaling Deminut.com to 50+ restaurants before acquisition—while driving technical vision and shipping high-quality releases on tight timelines. At Qubika he helped deliver a million-download App Store product and mentored teams through hiring and tech talks, and he now contributes mobile expertise to AI-driven workflows at Fireflies.ai. Known for blending product focus with a drive for scalable, maintainable code, he often owns the full lifecycle from UX to deployment and support. An unusual strength is his track record of shipping robust offline and native-integrated features (navigation, in-app calling) that improve real-world usability for drivers and field users.
