Top SchoolSebastian Witowski is a Python consultant with 12 years of experience building full-stack systems for high-profile organisations including CERN, MUFG, and leading European renewable energy firms. He combines deep backend expertise—REST APIs, MongoDB, Celery, and ETRM integrations—with hands-on platform ownership, having led core data model redesigns that cut code complexity by over 80% and introduced modern CI/CD and testing practices. A prolific community educator and speaker, he has given 20+ talks at major Python conferences and created a best-selling course on modern Python project workflows. Based in Krakow, he brings a pragmatic blend of developer mentorship, UX-minded product improvements, and automation-first solutions that reduce manual work and improve regulatory compliance in trading systems. An often-overlooked strength is his ability to translate complex quantitative needs into user-friendly tools, such as custom Jupyter notebooks and Excel import/export utilities that accelerate adoption across non-technical teams.
