Top SchoolSebastien Derhy is a founder and algorithms leader with 8+ years building production AI systems and teams across computer vision, autonomous vehicles, and synthetic data. He currently runs Ormind, an AI-first startup that serves paying customers with a CodeAct agent stack that orchestrates many specialized AIs and ranks Top‑5 on the GAIA generalist-agent benchmark. Prior roles include leading algorithms and applied science teams at Mobileye, Datagen, Via, and Samsung, where he shipped SLAM, visual-inertial odometry, and real‑time perception prototypes. Trained at École Polytechnique and HEC Paris, he combines deep applied-math roots with startup execution and VC-facing experience from his early days at Elaia. Known for building bespoke agent orchestration rather than relying on off‑the‑shelf frameworks, he favors practical, production-grade AI that solves domain-specific problems. Based in Tel Aviv, he has a track record of moving novel research into shipped products and high-usage services.
