Senior🎓
Top SchoolSebastien Just is a pragmatic technology leader and independent CTO/CIO consultant based in Paris, with over two decades of hands-on experience turning failing or stagnant systems into predictable, revenue-generating products. He specializes in rapid stabilization, technical debt recovery and API-led modular architectures, having revived enterprise SaaS and on‑prem platforms, led regulatory catch‑ups, and delivered triple‑digit product growth. Comfortable operating inside hierarchical organisations or as a short‑term company savior, he blends audit-driven diagnostics with executional discipline—CI, packaging, security hardening and monthly delivery cadences. He also experiments with applied AI in governance and audit (e.g., “vibe coding” audits for microprocessor test chains), bringing pragmatic automation to quality, cost control and compliance. Known for founder‑level product instincts from building vertical media and FoodTech platforms, he pairs strategic judgment with the ability to ship concrete technical solutions.
