Senior🎓
Top SchoolSerge Krul is a Principal-level engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience crafting and scaling web platforms, currently driving engineering excellence and GenAI adoption at Augury. He specializes in cross-cutting architecture, platform design, and frontend-to-backend systems, repeatedly turning single-offering products into multi-offering shared platforms while acting as a quality gatekeeper for high-risk work. Serge combines domain-driven design, SOLID principles, and balanced CI/CD/test strategies to bake production quality into teams’ workflows, and he mentors senior engineers to embed standards that stick. He also steps into people leadership to clarify ownership, rebuild trust, and align roadmaps with operational realities. Beyond product delivery, he’s an educator and multiplier—founding a training school, lecturing at university, and training hundreds internally—which explains his knack for creating sustainable engineering cultures.
