Senior🎓
Top SchoolSergei Shekshuev is a senior software engineer specializing in Elixir with eight years of hands-on full-stack experience across fintech and product-focused teams. He builds reliable systems end-to-end—frontend (React, Vue), backend (Elixir/Phoenix, Node.js/NestJS) and mobile—while designing data models and working with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse and Mongo. Sergei has progressed from developer to team lead and now teaches backend engineering and database systems, bringing real-world architecture into the classroom. He excels at bridging product and engineering, mentoring engineers, and translating complex specifications into maintainable, production-ready code. Based in Oryol, he blends formal training in engineering and law with practical delivery experience, which helps him navigate technical trade-offs and compliance-minded requirements. Colleagues know him for pragmatic design choices and a preference for observability and resilient data pipelines.
