Senior🎓
Top SchoolSergey Chernecov is a product-minded CTO and systems architect with 11 years of professional experience building scalable, cloud-native platforms and leading cross-functional engineering teams. He co-founded Arcruit to streamline hiring workflows, combining hands-on product development with growth, customer interviews, and rapid iteration on features and marketing funnels. Previously he shaped architecture and delivery at Paynt and DYNATECH, driving programmatic SEO, Kubernetes/GitOps migrations, large-scale messaging systems, and payment/tip-splitting solutions that balanced business goals with technical resilience. Sergey excels at translating fuzzy, cross-team requirements into pragmatic roadmaps and has a track record of unblocking stalled projects, instituting DevOps culture, and launching MVPs on time. Based in Riga, he pairs deep systems know-how (Go, PostgreSQL, Python, Kubernetes, Azure) with operator experience in growth, localization, and fundraising—often stepping into product, growth, or ops roles when needed. An unexpected strength: he blends engineering rigor with marketing and customer development instincts, turning interviews and funnel tests into concrete product pivots.
