Top SchoolSergey Melekhin is a Principal Software Engineer with 12 years of experience designing and implementing large, database-centric OLTP and OLAP systems across finance, billing, ERP/CRM and search domains. Currently at Pintu he helped architect and build core low-latency exchange services—balance management, order matching and market data pipelines—improving price estimation latency 10x while cutting resource use 20x and raising overall test coverage and stability. He has led engineering teams and CTO-level initiatives, shipping Go-based microservices on AWS (RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse) and establishing company-wide SDLC and service design conventions. Sergey combines deep backend and database expertise with pragmatic architecture and mentorship, often performing code audits and defining patterns for migrations, caching and serialization. Based in Jakarta, he brings a track record of turning complex, data-heavy requirements into performant, maintainable production systems.
