Senior🎓
Top SchoolSergey V is a Senior Python Forward Deployed Engineer with 10 years’ experience building API-driven backend services, reliable browser and desktop automations, and reusable internal libraries. He specializes in FastAPI, OpenAI API integrations, and AWS serverless primitives (Lambda, Step Functions, S3), while prioritizing observability, testability with Pytest, and production resilience. At Thoughtful/Thoughtful AI he led end-to-end deliveries, migrated legacy automations to Playwright, standardized error tracing and logging, and built cross-team libraries that cut duplication and sped up rollout. Comfortable operating across cloud and on-prem environments, he also brings practical experience stabilizing flaky UI flows and automating Windows LOB apps with pywinauto—an uncommon skill set that bridges backend services and desktop automation. Based in Los Angeles and Ukraine, he is open to senior individual-contributor roles focused on Python, backend, and automation.
