Senior🎓
Top SchoolSergii Dmytrenko is a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test with over a decade of hands-on experience building end-to-end automation for UI, API, and integration testing. He has created more than ten test automation projects from scratch using diverse stacks (SilkTest, Selenium, Playwright, C#, Java, TypeScript) and consistently turned flaky suites into stable, fast pipelines. Sergii architected a web portal that automated TFS workflows—saving the company the equivalent of 100+ FTEs—and built browser extensions and tooling to eliminate repetitive QA tasks. He regularly contributes to product quality by fixing bugs and implementing features, and has driven CI/CD adoption across Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and TeamCity. A pragmatic mentor, he helps manual testers transition to automation and emphasizes shifting tests to lower levels for speed and reliability. Based in Kyiv, he combines deep legacy-tool experience with modern test frameworks and a track record of measurable productivity improvements.
