Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolSergiu Bulzan is a Senior .NET SDK engineer based in Cluj-Napoca with 9 years of experience building cross-platform mobile and SDK tooling, currently improving Ditto’s .NET SDK and expanding support for Xamarin and .NET MAUI. He has a strong track record migrating and modernizing Xamarin apps to MAUI, automating instrumentation via CIL manipulation for AppDynamics, and adding build-time bytecode and CI/CD integrations that deliver out-of-the-box telemetry. As a former technical lead, he’s combined hands-on development with team mentorship and plug-and-play CI solutions, and he’s contributed patches to bring .NET 6 and MAUI support to open-source Xamarin packages. His background in both iOS and Android native work plus advanced SDK internals gives him a rare blend of mobile platform fluency and low-level .NET runtime expertise.
