Top SchoolSergiy Petrenko is an AI consultant and RAG architect who builds production-grade AI systems for Ukrainian businesses, most recently delivering ExpertTaxUA — a Milvus-backed RAG chatbot serving 20,000+ tax professionals with a 96% satisfaction rate. He combines a decade of tech leadership (scaling Yandex Ukraine from zero to 500+ employees and doubling search market share) with hands-on engineering: designing retrieval pipelines (HyDE), LLM-as-Judge evaluation workflows, and an open UkrQualBench for measuring native Ukrainian LLM performance. Founder and operator of multiple community and coworking ventures, Sergiy brings entrepreneurial pragmatism to productizing AI for SMBs, marketing automation, and e-commerce. A long-running tech podcaster and educator, he also mentors technical founders through a Young CEO course and maintains an active audience via blog and Telegram, reflecting a rare mix of technical depth, go-to-market experience, and language-focused evaluation expertise.
